About The Position

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Exemplify and lead the Company Service and Brand Culture initiatives. Act as the Strategic Business Partner and functional Subject Matter Expert to Senior Hotel Leadership. Align and execute Talent & Culture activities to Employee Value Proposition and Strategic plan. Oversee talent & culture initiatives, acting as a liaison between corporate office and hotel. Collaborate with corporate Talent & Culture function on key programs/initiatives. Lead and oversee the day to day operation of the Talent & Culture Department. Lead labor relations initiatives. Promote positive employee relations, overall employee experience, and drive employee engagement through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
