About The Position
The Director of TRIO Student Support Services is an exempt position that reports to the Associate Dean of Student Equity and Success and is a member of the Student Affairs Cabinet. The Director is the lead administrator and provides direct supervision for full-time, part-time staff and student workers. This position is responsible for providing administrative leadership, strategic program vision, high impact practice development, coordination and collaboration with other college departments and programs, budget allocation, and program assessment. The position ensures compliance with State and Federal legislation and regulations.
