  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to meet company objectives, ensuring professional growth through mentoring and performance evaluations.
  • Set departmental goals, oversee budgets, and manage resources to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Drive organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions as the company evolves.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a cohesive supply chain strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Oversee all supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Lead and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Production, and other departments to ensure integrated and efficient operations across the company.
  • Implement innovative and effective processes and technologies to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Develop strategies to minimize risks such as shortages or excessive inventory, ensuring robust inventory control.
  • Hire, train, and manage supply chain personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of strategic development and operational improvement.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred.
  • Previous senior leadership experience required, demonstrating successful team management and project implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of MRP systems, inventory control, logistics, and the latest supply chain best practices.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning capabilities, with proficiency in translating data into actionable strategies.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with advanced ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with advanced supply chain technologies and software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.
