Responsibilities

  • Lead all electronic component purchasing to ensure best pricing, optimal lead times, and uninterrupted production flow.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers to secure competitive advantage.
  • Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) and implement purchasing strategies that balance cost, inventory levels, and production demand.
  • Plan and schedule all manufacturing activities to meet customer delivery requirements while maximizing factory efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain accurate product costing models to ensure profitable quoting and margin protection.
  • Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve manufacturing efficiency, throughput, and labor utilization.
  • Optimize factory layout, workflow, and resource allocation to support scalable and efficient operations.
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma principles) across manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, process discipline, and operational excellence are maintained.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across purchasing, production, and operations to drive accountability and performance.
