You will be the face of Rx Redefined to the manufacturing world, selling our "why" to incentivize the industry’s biggest players to invest in our success.

Requirements

  • An Elite Storyteller: You have a gift for taking complex data and turning it into a compelling "win-win" pitch that excites even the most seasoned manufacturing executives.
  • A Strategic Architect: You don't just follow a playbook; you write it. You can see three steps ahead in a negotiation and understand how to leverage our market position for better pricing and access.
  • Healthcare Savvy: You bring 8+ years of experience within the healthcare or life sciences ecosystem—whether in pharma, medical devices, or DME—with a deep understanding of how the industry breathes.
  • Analytically Intuitive: You love the numbers because they tell a story. You use analytics to find the "hidden" opportunities that others miss.
  • Relationship First: You thrive on building trust and navigating the diverse healthcare landscapes with high emotional intelligence and professional grit.

Responsibilities

  • Tell the Rx Redefined Story: Act as a brand ambassador, articulating our unique value proposition to manufacturers so effectively that they view us not just as a customer, but as their most vital strategic partner.
  • Architect Creative Economic Models: Look beyond simple line-item discounts. You will design innovative partnership frameworks and incentive programs—that turn "suppliers" into long-term allies.
  • Strategize for Scale: Own the gross margin narrative. You’ll optimize our powerhouse Urology category while painting the masterpiece for our expansion into Diabetes and emerging DMEPOS markets.
  • Engineer Margin Growth: Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to hunt for "marketability" within our product structure, identifying creative ways to unlock rebates, improve contract structures, and drive bottom-line performance.
  • Master the Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations that balance aggressive cost-optimization with the nuance required to maintain elite-level industry relationships.
