About The Position

The Director of Suites is responsible for overseeing the entire suites department, including all aspects of luxury suite operations and all suites employees. This role provides leadership and oversight to Senior Suites Managers and Suites Managers, ensuring that every suite guest receives a premium experience that exceeds expectations, while maintaining operational excellence and maximizing revenue. Luxury suites offer exclusive hospitality experiences tailored to high-profile individuals and corporate clients. The Director of Suites leads strategic planning, team development, and execution of services across all suite areas, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier service delivery.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing premium or luxury services in a stadium, arena, or large-scale event venue.
  • Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization within a premium hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially during major sporting events or concerts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, alcohol service regulations, and compliance standards relevant to stadium environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of luxury suite operations across the stadium, ensuring consistent delivery of high-end hospitality experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance suite services, drive revenue growth, and elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Senior Suites Managers, Suites Managers, and all suite staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with culinary, event, and beverage teams to curate customized menus and experiences tailored to each event and suite clientele.
  • Oversee staffing strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of suite personnel.
