About The Position
The Director of Student Success at Boston University is a senior leadership role within the Undergraduate Affairs team in the Office of the Provost. This position is responsible for leading a team that provides holistic advising and support to first-year and transfer students, ensuring their successful integration into the university community. The Director collaborates with various stakeholders to develop programming that enhances student engagement and academic success, including overseeing the How to BU Orientation Program and coordinating cocurricular activities that promote essential skills for student achievement.
