About The Position

The Director of Student Achievement is a leadership role within the Central Office of Ware County Schools. This position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing student achievement across the district. The director will work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that improve educational outcomes and ensure that all students receive a high-quality education. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex components of the district's educational programs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership and teaching certification required.
  • At least five years of successful teaching experience.
  • At least three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrates ability to administer, plan, organize, and direct a complex organizational component of the district.

  • Specialized training in curriculum development, instruction, assessments, and professional development implementation preferred.
