The Director of Strength & Sports Performance leads the school’s comprehensive strength, conditioning, and human performance programs, guiding students to develop physically, mentally, and in character. This role supports the mission of Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School by promoting wellness, athletic development, and personal growth within a Christ-centered environment. The Director designs, implements, and oversees safe, sport-specific, and developmentally appropriate training for students in grades nine through twelve. Responsibilities include teaching Strength and Conditioning classes during the school day, leading year-round training, supporting curriculum development, and coordinating the high school strength program. The Director works closely with school leadership, coaches, and faculty to align programming with school priorities and to create individualized development plans that support the growth of every student-athlete. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience and fostering a culture rooted in development, integrity, and high-level performance.
