• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including management and physician groups.
• Understanding of financial planning and capital request processes in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with ministry leaders to implement strategic processes that identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Focuses on ministry and system priorities to achieve competitive advantage and sustainability.
• Develops strategic financial plans and supports capital requests in collaboration with regional leaders.
• Drives awareness of Care Coordination Value/Rate at the local level and facilitates meaningful data use.
• Participates in the development and monitoring of key strategic initiatives with the ministry SLT/ELT.
• Directs the development of business plans and supports service line planning with service line leaders.
• Coordinates resources from multiple departments to support key strategic initiatives.
• Organizes and assures the quality of competitive and market data analysis.
• Supports the development of local ministry strategic and operating plans and prepares presentations.
• Ensures alignment of planning processes and documents with Trinity Health plans.
