WME is seeking a Director, Entertainment Strategy to join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients (talent and brand). This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing high-impact, entertainment and content strategies. This individual is an experienced professional in the entertainment industry, who will serve as a key driver in developing and managing entertainment strategies inclusive of brand, talent, content, and strategic entertainment partnerships. With a deep understanding of the entertainment ecosystem, they will lead internal and external strategic planning, deliver tailored recommendations, oversee execution across multiple platforms and formats, and manage all aspects of brand and talent client relationships, while also directing creative and analytics support. This role requires a blend of industry knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to navigate market trends, audience preferences, and emerging technologies to position clients and their go-to-market strategies for long-term success. The ideal candidate has experience in both brand and entertainment, specifically brands in entertainment - including talent partnerships, product integrations, co-promotional partnerships, originals, account team leadership—along with a passion for pop culture, lifestyle, and entertainment. This person is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required.
