In this opportunity as a Director of Strategy & Operations, CoCounsel Transactional, you will lead projects across content partnerships, strategy, operating model design, and international expansion for CoCounsel Transactional and GCO products. You will identify and execute on opportunities to create new revenue streams and audiences through content and product partnerships. Additionally, you will partner with Editorial, Product Management, and Product Analytics to lead strategic reviews of Practical Law's content strategy and editorial resource allocation. Collaboration with colleagues across Editorial, Product, and Technology will be essential to design new roles and ways of working for subject matter experts to integrate their expertise into CoCounsel development. You will develop the case for international expansion of Practical Law content and identify strategic opportunities and challenges to ensure optimal resource allocation. Using insights from external and internal sources, you will inform product strategy and clearly communicate decisions to the organization. You will create informative and persuasive strategy and program management to effectively tell the story across the organization, including quarterly business reviews, annual plans, and investment proposals to the executive team. Lastly, you will help identify cultural areas for improvement and promote diversified initiatives into action to improve organization-wide communication and culture.
