About The Position
ADP is hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships and Growth, Compliance Solutions. In this role, as an individual contributor you will be responsible for leading our efforts in building and expanding key business relationships. This role is responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, strengthening existing collaborations, and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances. To thrive in this position, you must be comfortable managing and growing ADP's relationships with organizations who are the vanguards ERP's and System Integrators in the market. You will be responsible for driving your partner accounts' success through innovation and analytics. As the primary point of contact, you will work with them on all stages of integration, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and account management. You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to help them leverage ADP's suite of products and service offerings to drive value for their end customers.
