About The Position

We’re hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances to build and own our partner motion across the AI infrastructure ecosystem. We’re moving fast and the forecast is strong. As we deepen our presence in the AI factory landscape, partnerships are becoming central to how we drive revenue and long-term strategic leverage. Today, partner relationships are distributed across the team. We’re ready to bring in a dedicated leader to organize, prioritize, and scale this motion. This is a builder role. You’ll take ownership of our strategic, technology, and channel partnerships — with strategic relationships as the top priority — and turn them into measurable consumption and sourced revenue.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles within AI infrastructure, cloud, or data platforms
  • Direct experience engaging within the NVIDIA partner ecosystem
  • Proven track record driving revenue through strategic alliances
  • Experience building or scaling partner programs from early stages
  • Strong executive presence and ability to operate at C-level with partners
  • Scrappy, builder mentality — comfortable operating in ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • Background at or alongside companies such as VAST Data, DDN, or WEKA
  • Experience working with or alongside hyperscalers (AWS background a plus)
  • Exposure to ecosystem players such as Red Hat, Mirantis, Rafay Systems, CoreWeave, or Nebius
  • Federal / public sector ecosystem experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale our strategic partnerships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem
  • Lead executive engagement with partners including NVIDIA, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Dell Technologies
  • Build and execute joint GTM plans that drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Formalize engagement within the NVIDIA partner ecosystem and AI factory landscape
  • Prioritize and tier strategic, technology, and channel partners
  • Identify short- and medium-term investment opportunities across the ecosystem
  • Partner closely with Sales, SE, Marketing, and Executive leadership to drive consumption
  • Build tracking and reporting around partner-sourced pipeline
