About The Position
The Director of Strategic Initiatives role is an integral project and relationship manager to drive KIPP DC's strategic vision and priorities across the organization. They are responsible for facilitating cross-functional initiatives, providing strategic support to the CEO and President, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities in close partnership with the Managing Director of Strategy and Culture. The starting salary range for this role is $125,223-$138,403. This is a full-time role based at KIPP DC's headquarters.
