In this role you will advise/support all aspects of Reprocessing departments under their leadership, to include Surgical Processing departments (CS/SPD) as well as High Level Disinfection. You will be accountable for budgeting, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and related business operations to include revenues, inventory (instrument, scope) management and continuous improvement. A caregiver in this position works days, 7:00am-4:30pm. Must be flexible with working hours to address issues and potentially attend meetings outside of these specific working hours.
