Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full recruitment process : job postings, candidate screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews
• Lead staff retention initiatives to support employee satisfaction, engagement, and longevity
• Manage onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires
• Handle HR and administrative responsibilities, serving as the primary HR contact for the facility
• Partner with leadership to align staffing, retention, and culture goals
