About The Position
The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive professional development program for nursing staff in a healthcare setting. This role ensures that training aligns with federal, state, and company standards, while also focusing on the educational needs of nursing personnel. The DSD will demonstrate and teach resident care, and develop various educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing staff.
