About The Position

The Director of Spiritual Life at Culver Academies is responsible for overseeing the spiritual development and well-being of students and staff. This role involves creating and implementing programs that foster a sense of community, spirituality, and personal growth within the academy. The Director will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that spiritual life is integrated into the overall educational experience.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in spiritual leadership or ministry, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
