We are currently seeking a Director of Special Projects to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third-party reproduction, and egg donation. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a bias for action. The Director will partner with analytics, finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve reporting, access, and referral processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is preferred.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Ability to structure complex initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Analytic Problem Solving: Strong data-driven decision-making skills; ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
  • Written Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive writing for diverse audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled at influencing and collaborating across departments and levels.
  • Bias to Action: Pragmatic, hands-on approach; comfortable testing and iterating quickly.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting (with focus in healthcare) or healthcare operations required.
  • Healthcare operations exposure strongly preferred; fertility experience may be helpful.
  • Consulting experience highly preferred.
  • Experience drving complex project to impact, preferred.
  • Travel 10% required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of new quarterly and monthly reporting packages for leadership and physicians.
  • Establish processes and frameworks for ongoing reporting, automating work as appropriate
  • Drive support new operational models, ensuring alignment across enterprise operations to improve patient access and experience.
  • Manage and strengthen referral processes, including marketing to key stakeholders and ensuring internal follow-up on referrals to drive engagement and growth.
  • Design projects, develop workplans, assess operational implications,
  • Build business cases and execute initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Rally stakeholders to build excitement and momentum around strategic initiatives
  • Build accountability and tracking processes across CCRM to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Continue to identify additional strategic priorities from analyzing operational and financial data
