About The Position
As the Spa Director, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the spa’s operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury and wellness. You will develop and execute the strategic vision of the spa, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and team development. Partnering closely with hotel leadership, you will ensure that the spa’s offerings, service standards, and brand identity align with the overall business goals. This role requires a passionate and hands-on leader dedicated to delivering excellence, innovation, and holistic wellbeing experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
- Proven expertise in spa operations, service standards, and team leadership within a 5-star hospitality context.
- Strong knowledge of spa modalities, wellness therapies, and holistic health trends.
- Demonstrated success in developing spa menus, managing retail programs, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and delivering transformative guest experiences.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hands-on experience as a therapist (massage, aesthetics, or acupuncture) preferred.

- Lead the full scope of spa operations, including service delivery, financial management, and team leadership.

- Ensure the consistent delivery of 5-star guest experiences, maintaining the highest service and hygiene standards.
- Drive business performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, achieving both revenue and profit targets.
- Oversee retail management and implement successful marketing strategies to increase visibility and profitability.
- Partner with hotel leadership to align spa initiatives with broader brand and operational objectives.
