About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Director of Sourcing and Procurement to lead Everlaw’s global corporate services across real estate, facilities, and procurement. This leader will support and execute the strategic vision for our global services portfolio and vendor ecosystem, ensuring they reflect our culture, meet our business objectives, and support our employees worldwide. The role will drive cost optimization initiatives, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver operational excellence at scale. Reporting to the CFO, the Director will oversee a team of internal professionals and external partners while working cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, and Finance. As the leader of these Corporate Services, this role is a key enabler to scale Everlaw’s infrastructure. This is a full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience negotiating large contracts.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing strategy, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and cost optimization.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets, establish key performance metrics, and deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience leading facilities operations and vendor partnerships at scale, ensuring consistent service quality, compliance, and alignment with company goals.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and coaching high-performing, customer-focused teams.
  • Strong ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, HR, and Security at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment, balancing strategic vision with execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and strong partnerships across the business.
  • Manage key sourcing relationships across our corporate services.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the global strategy for real estate and procurement, ensuring alignment with company growth and long-term goals.
  • Own and manage the team’s budget, ensuring disciplined financial management and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with IT, Security, HR, and Finance stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization.
  • Develop and execute a global procurement program that supports business needs, drives cost efficiency, and enables scalability.
  • Lead vendor selection and negotiations, securing favorable terms while ensuring supplier reliability, performance, and compliance.
  • Implement strategies to optimize spend while maintaining quality and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Oversee procurement systems and reporting to streamline processes and deliver visibility into spend and performance metrics.
  • Lead sourcing activities across Corporate Services, including Facilities, Real Estate, and Professional Services.
  • Work closely with functional leaders to manage all real estate needs, including site selection, lease negotiation, and budget optimization.
  • Define the strategic facility outsourcing strategy and manage all related vendors and partnerships to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Define and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and internal client satisfaction while ensuring compliance and mitigating supplier risk.
  • Support the prioritization of facility projects (e.g., buildouts, relocations) and collaborate with building management to maintain workplace safety, security, and cultural alignment.
