About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead our talented team of Solutions Engineers. In this role, you'll guide the team responsible for pre-sales technical expertise, product demos, and crafting tailored solutions for potential clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to help prospects clearly understand the value of what we offer—and to make sure implementations are smooth from the start. If you have a strong technical background, solid leadership experience, and a knack for strategic thinking, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in Solutions Engineering, with at least 3 years managing a team.
  • A solid grasp of architecture and integrations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to close complex deals.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Great analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Solutions Engineering team.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to understand what potential customers need.
  • Help design and shape custom solutions.
  • Stay sharp on our latest product updates, integrations, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs and feedback.
  • Look for ways to improve the pre-sales process.
  • Bring the voice of the customer into product discussions and planning.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from pre- to post-sales.
  • Track key performance metrics and share updates with leadership.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for the team.
