About The Position
As the Director of Solutions Engineering for Power and Cooling Systems at Delta Electronics, you will lead a dynamic team of engineers in the design and implementation of innovative power and cooling solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability. This pivotal role requires a strong technical background in power electronics, cooling technologies, and systems integration, as well as strategic leadership skills to align engineering initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing engineering strategies to create high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients across various industries, including data centers, telecommunications, and industrial applications. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project delivery from concept through to deployment, while maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
