About The Position

The Director of Software Integration and Project Management is responsible for leading the strategic direction, delivery, and evolution of EHR integration solutions and the expansion of systems that improve program efficiencies and quality. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and high-value integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of professional software integration, support and project management.
  • Hands-on experience with EHR Systems (MyAvatar, Therap, Setworks) and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to analyze requirements, and design scalable solutions.
  • Experience mentoring teams and contributing to team knowledge growth.
  • Background in building or supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree is a plus but not required.
  • Continuous learning through certifications, training, or self-directed projects is valued

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed workflow specifications to the EHR Team.
  • Work with the Data team to validate inputs, ensure data integrity, and resolve integration or reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to standardize reporting and analytics delivered through enterprise platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to design discussions that improve scalability, maintainability, and reusability of applications.
  • Ensure applications and integrations comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
  • Partner with operations to support changes in reporting to meet regulations and changes to documentation in EHR platforms to meet compliance requirements.
  • Assist operational teams in identifying appropriate systems, in partnership with IT, to aggregate data.
  • Partner with the Training Team to develop EHR Training on the platform that aligns with the program platform for all New Hired Employees.
  • Develop Trainings for MyAvatar, Therap, and Setworks Platforms to place into Relias for Training existing and new employees.
  • Develop timelines in partnership with IT for application roll outs.
  • Coordinate in partnership with Program Leadership and IT due diligence for new rollouts.
  • Partner with Program leadership operations attendance and participation in due diligence and adoption of new systems.
  • Identify challenges and elevate to team to remediate quickly and keep timeline compliance.
