About The Position
The Director of Social Services is responsible for overseeing the social services department and ensuring that residents receive the psychosocial support they need during their stay. This includes assisting residents and families with adjustment to long-term care, facilitating care planning, addressing emotional or behavioral concerns, and coordinating discharge plans for residents returning to the community or transitioning to other levels of care.
