Director of Social Services – Skilled Nursing $80,000/year | Full-Time Days The Lutheran Home – Lutheran Life Communities The Lutheran Home, part of Lutheran Life Communities, is hiring a Director of Social Services to lead the Social Services department within our skilled nursing community. This leadership role focuses on supporting residents and families, coordinating care transitions, and ensuring high-quality psychosocial support for those we serve. Requirements
