About The Position

Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for assigned area in the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Responsibilities: Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Prepare departmental budgets and ensure that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal/external audits. Direct and evaluate all services provided, including care plan development, service level determination, and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. Requirements

  • Clinical Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Social Worker obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work required for PACE.
  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
