About The Position
As the Director of Healthcare Social Services, you will lead and coordinate our social services team while promoting dignity, self-determination, and a high quality of life for residents. This role is both leadership-focused and hands-on, providing direct support to residents and overseeing critical functions such as behavior planning, care coordination, and transitional services.
