The Director of Site Quality Management serves as the enterprise connector between corporate quality and site operations, ensuring harmonization of standards and readiness for inspections while enabling operational agility. This role acts as both an operational partner and a business enabler to embed quality expectations into site processes and accelerate compliance. When will you work? The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm What you'll do: Harmonization & Standards: Drive alignment of SOPs, templates, and risk tools across sites to reduce variability and improve efficiency. Inspection Readiness: Lead readiness checks and mock audits to ensure sites are prepared without impacting production schedules. Escalation & Triage: Act as first responder for quality issues impacting operations; escalate rapidly to avoid downtime. Communication & Operational Support: Serve as the primary liaison between the VP of Quality Operations and site leadership teams. Program Management: Coordinate enterprise initiatives and improvement programs to support operational continuity. Who you are: Strong understanding of corporate quality systems and site operations. Ability to streamline communication and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime. Skilled in change adoption and readiness programs. Excellent organizational and program management skills. Effective communicator with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization. Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments. May require occasional travel to site locations. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during audits or inspections. What you've done: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operational excellence roles. Experience with SOP development, inspection readiness, and regulatory standards. Prior experience in a liaison or cross-functional leadership role preferred.
