Opportunity Details: Lead and manage the Kings County Palliative Care Service to achieve clinical excellence, medical education, and growth. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance hospital-wide quality of care for palliative patients. Provide direct inpatient and outpatient palliative care, including symptom management, end-of-life care, and advance care planning. Develop, implement, and evaluate the strategic plan for the palliative care program. Lead efforts to achieve and maintain Joint Commission Certification in Palliative Care. Lead quality improvement projects and analyze patient outcomes. Explore development of Palliative Care fellowship training opportunities.
