About The Position
Regions Hospital, a leading Level I Trauma Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, is seeking a highly accomplished and forward-thinking Director of Security to lead our comprehensive security operations. This is a pivotal opportunity to help shape the safety and security landscape of an institution dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As the Director of Security, you will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, responsible for the development and execution of all security functions and strategic security initiatives and priorities. Your collaborative approach and expertise in implementing and managing change will be essential as you lead a dedicated team of security professionals, fostering a culture of proactive safety, continuous improvement, and organizational alignment. This role reports to the HealthPartners Vice President of Security and partner closely with the other Security Directors across the HealthPartners system.
