About The Position
The Director of Security Governance will manage a team responsible for end-to-end security matters within the Business Area (Enterprise and Product Security) at Ericsson. This role ensures that the Ericsson Security Strategy and Global guidelines are in place and aligned with the new business under the responsibility of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions. The position is hybrid, with preferred locations in Plano, Texas or Boise, Idaho, and does not offer relocation. The Director will engage in initiatives including the implementation of ways of working, support ongoing projects, and manage a high-performing team while collaborating with other departments like IT, Product, and Legal.
