This position reports directly to the Executive Leadership. The Director of School-Age Programs and Community Partnerships provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of all school-age childcare programs, including Afterschool, Summer Day Camp, Holiday Camps, Youth Enrichment, Special Needs and Specialty Programs offered both at the YMCA and at offsite locations. This Senior level role is responsible for the development, expansion, and sustainability of on-site and offsite programs, including the establishment of new program locations through partnerships with schools, municipalities, and community organizations. The Director provides direct supervision and leadership to assigned staff, ensures regulatory compliance, drives program quality and growth, and serves as a key liaison to committees, advisory boards, and community partners.
