Our automated platform eliminates billing and collections headaches so firms can focus on growth. We’re hiring a Director of Sales to own new logo revenue and build our sales org from the ground up. You’ll design and scale outbound and inbound motions, hire and coach SDRs, BDRs, and AEs, and personally lead strategic deals as a player-coach. Reporting to the COO, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, exceeds ambitious goals, and embodies Anchor’s values of Heart, Grit, Ownership, and Exponential Value.
