About The Position

As a Director of Sales, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by formulating and implementing a detailed sales plan that aligns with the organization's objectives. You will guide and support regional sales leaders while utilizing application engineers effectively, develop and maintain connections with major cloud service providers, server/networking original equipment manufacturers, and GPU clients. Additionally, you will work closely with portfolio marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are reflected in product roadmap updates, predict quarterly sales figures, and assess long-term demand across different regions. You will communicate customer insights internally to shape product development and enhance support services, promote collaborative sales initiatives with ecosystem partners, negotiate agreements and pricing to optimize revenue, and foster robust customer relationships throughout the sales process. Keeping informed about industry developments, competitor actions, and customer preferences is also crucial.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Seven (7) years of interconnect or materials science technology sales in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years of technical sales leadership in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Skills include value-based selling, go-to-market strategy planning, and product management.

Responsibilities
