Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years sales or brand management, preferably with Household CPG experience.
  • Experience leading Joint Business Planning strategy development.
  • Experience in multiple CPG retail business channels; emphasis in Value/Hardware preferred.
  • Successful track record of using analytics and metrics/KPI's to drive growth, effectively plan, and improve financial performance.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience building customer selling presentations.
  • Ability to effectively and succinctly communicate.
  • IRI/Nielsen syndicated data experience.
  • Ability to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships through the Joint Business Planning process across key Value Channel and Hardware Channel customers.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and key metrics to measure success, identify risks/gaps, and define strategic business opportunities.
  • Drive value-selling Category Management solutions through the use of syndicated data and custom research to meet Customer and Company mutual objectives for growth.
  • Provide accurate, up to date sales forecasts for the businesses you lead; provide a leadership role in the annual and long-term goal setting process for your accounts.
  • Manage new product initiatives for timely and seamless execution while minimizing write-off liabilities through transitions.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to continuously improve across all elements of the business; drive waste out.
  • Deliver results in a manner consistent with our Core Principles, both as an individual contributor and through leveraging your capability partners on the business.
  • Effectively communicate and present sales opportunities and key metrics to the Household Leadership Team - be an owner of your business, not a manager of your business.
  • Act as a role model and hold the organization accountable to the One KIK culture of integrity, collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
