We deliver consultative recruitment and managed talent solutions across industry verticals and are scaling our commercial go-to-market to accelerate revenue and market share.

  • Own regional revenue growth and quota attainment—build and execute a repeatable go-to-market plan to hit quarterly and annual targets.
  • Lead, hire, coach and scale a high-performing sales team: set clear KPIs, drive pipeline velocity, and run structured 1:1s and coaching cycles.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce and sales operations playbooks; partner with RevOps to optimise processes and reporting.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand addressable market and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Partner with Marketing, Delivery and Product teams to shape offerings, pricing, and positioning for enterprise buyers.
  • 8+ years in B2B sales with 3+ years in a director/manager capacity leading quota-carrying teams (preferably in staffing, talent solutions, or professional services).
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and scaling regional revenue (six- or seven-figure territories).
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting and CRM best practices (Salesforce highly preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills with experience structuring enterprise deals and pricing models.
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience partnering with Finance/RevOps on P&L, forecasting and sales KPIs.
  • Experience in recruiting, workforce solutions, or HR tech sales.
  • Prior success building channel or strategic partnership programs.
  • On-site leadership role with direct impact on growth strategy and team culture.
