Requirements
- Experience Matters: At least 2 years as a Director of Sales in the full service sector of the hotel industry.
- Full-Service Expertise: Proven success in convention hotel sales management.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Communication Proficiency: Strong written and verbal skills to effectively convey ideas.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent organizational skills to navigate challenges.
