The Director of Sales responsibility is to lead the sales efforts to achieve and exceed hotel revenue goals, while managing, mentoring and further developing sales/event team members. This role acts as a key representative for the hotel to local, national and international organizations to further develop our position in the marketplace. As a key member of the management team, the Director of Sales will be creative, energetic and a knowledgeable professional that will be fundamental to the on-going success of the organization. This position reports to the VP of Sales.
