As part of our continued investment in the sales organization, we are adding two Director of Sales roles to lead regional teams and enhance execution across key markets. This is a remote leadership role with travel requirements, focused on coaching, developing, and driving performance across a team of Regional Sales Managers. If you excel at bringing structure to a complex sales environment, enforcing pipeline discipline, and leading through change, this is your opportunity to make a high-impact mark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers across territories Drive forecasting accuracy, Salesforce reporting discipline, and KPI achievement Build business plans, support strategic execution, and travel with RSMs to strengthen territory performance Support the successful transition to a refined territory model by providing clarity, structure, and leadership to your team.   • Regular travel (Approximately 70-75&) to engage with Regional Sales Managers and support regional performance
  • Driven, self-motivated leadership approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Experience selling into our supporting multiple vertical markets such as healthcare, industrial, and education is strongly preferred.
