This isn't your typical Home2 Suites – with 248 all-suite rooms, it's one of the largest and most dynamic properties in the Hilton extended-stay portfolio, offering the scale and opportunities of a full-service hotel in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. Your Role: Drive Revenue in a High-Impact Leadership Position As Director of Sales, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to boost occupancy and revenue, focusing on: Managing group inquiries, quoting rates, and securing bookings Owning the Corporate and Business Travel segments – building and nurturing key accounts Representing the hotel in the community (ie. Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hilton networks) Collaborating on revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting Maintaining client data in systems like Delphi, OnQ and PEP Inclusive, supportive environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years as Director of Sales in the hotel industry
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing revenue
  • Self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Hilton brand experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred

Responsibilities
