Requirements

  • Experience. 7+ years in B2B sales with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role. Hands-on experience selling SaaS, cloud, or UCaaS/CCaaS solutions. Proven track record as both a top individual contributor and coach.
  • Independence. Can tune out the noise, get the job done, and hit the ground running.
  • Curiosity. You ask lots of questions and try to understand issues before solving them. You have a thirst for new knowledge.
  • Humility. You are open to feedback and other’s ideas.
  • Organized. You are a great planner, attentive to details and can navigate complex environments confidently.
  • Leadership. Exceptional communicator, motivator and operational thinker.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales function; strategy, execution, coaching, metrics, and growth.
  • Actively sell and close deals while managing and mentoring the current sales team.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and coach new sales talent.
  • Build and optimize sales playbooks, process, pipeline discipline, and forecasting.
  • Implement performance standards and accountability frameworks.
  • Work closely with Exec, Marketing, and Partner teams to align GTM efforts.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, ownership, and resilience.
  • Track, report, and own performance KPIs (pipeline, conversion, quota attainment).
  • Close enterprise-level deals and actively coach the team to replicate that success.
  • Build scalable sales processes and thrive in fast-paced, growth-stage environments.
  • Develop and elevate team performance through consistent, fair, and motivating coaching.
  • Recruit, hire, and grow top sales talent with a sharp eye for potential and fit.
  • Lead by example, actively participate in deals to support the team and drive results.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture rooted in energy, discipline, and ownership.
  • Operate effectively in a high-urgency, no-nonsense environment with strong expectations for outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of candid feedback and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Drive sales excellence within the UCaaS, CCaaS, or Microsoft partner ecosystem (preferred).
