Navigate Realty is seeking a high-impact Director of Sales for its newest market in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a builder role focused on growth and expansion, not maintenance. Navigate Realty is one of the largest and fastest-growing partners in the Zillow Flex/Preferred space, recognized for building high-retention and high-performance real estate organizations. Requirements

  • A proven track record in real estate sales leadership or high-level production
  • Strong recruiting and coaching ability

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Greenville market with a long-term ownership mindset
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing real estate agents
  • Build strong relationships with agents and create an environment of accountability and support
  • Drive performance metrics, conversion, and production
  • Facilitate weekly trainings, role play, and accountability sessions
  • Partner closely with leadership and Zillow to ensure success within the Flex ecosystem
  • Coach agents on business planning, lead conversion, follow up, and client experience
  • Help implement and maintain Navigate's proven systems, technology, and processes
  • Build culture, collaboration, and retention from day one
  • Be visible, present, and hands-on in the market
