About The Position

The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships. This role leads the sales team, sets performance targets, and ensures alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. The Sales Director serves as a key member of the leadership team, collaborating with marketing, operations, and product development to deliver exceptional results.

  • Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of timeframes and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies and marketing and sales plans.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
  • Ability to analyze data for accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and convention service team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and oversee the development of targeted sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and promotional activities with sales objectives.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
