Position Summary: The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and developing the sales department, ensuring that team members meet company goals and maintain strong client relationships, while growing our customer base and working with other Senior Managers to create and execute our overall sales strategy. This role focuses on coaching, training, strategy development, and performance management to drive growth through the success of our team.
