This role leads strategy, revenue optimization, talent development, and cross-functional execution across Group Sales, Catering Sales, Corporate, and SMERF segments. This leader is accountable not only for booking pace and execution, but for market share growth, demand shaping, displacement strategy, and total resort profitability. The Director serves as a strategic partner to property and enterprise leadership, ensuring group business decisions align with Red Rock’s brand, financial goals, and long-term vision.
