About The Position

Valley Cabinet is seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales to lead and unify sales efforts across all divisions and locations. This role is responsible for developing and executing company-wide sales strategy, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance across diverse markets and product lines. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a sales professional who thrives in multi-division environments and enjoys building scalable, high-performing sales organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-location or multi-division sales teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience driving revenue growth and building scalable sales systems

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in cabinetry, construction, manufacturing, or building materials preferred
  • CRM and sales analytics experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across all divisions and locations
  • Establish revenue targets, KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management processes
  • Lead and develop sales managers and sales teams across multiple sites
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities
  • Serve as executive contact for key accounts, negotiations, and escalations
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Division Leadership to align sales, capacity, and delivery
  • Ensure consistent sales processes, pricing, tools, and reporting across the organization
  • Use data and analytics to optimize pricing, product mix, and sales efficiency
