About The Position
Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Analytics, the Director of Sales is responsible for driving and managing RedPeg Marketing’s net new sales growth, aligning with the agency's financial goals, and expanding revenue and profitability among net new brands. This outbound sales role focuses on new business generation, strategic partnerships, and enhancing RedPeg’s offerings and market presence. The Director of Sales will collaborate across departments to deliver innovative solutions and ensure alignment with RedPeg’s strategic objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, networking, and highly motivated sales development capabilities.
