Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 6-8 Account Executives to drive mid-market B2B SaaS sales.
  • Oversee high-velocity sales cycles, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Optimize the sales process and build a robust pipeline.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  • Drive contract negotiations and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, training, and professional development.
  • Maintain a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or FinTech with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • 2+ years in Sales Leadership roles, managing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience in ERP applications, financial software, and payments a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • A results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
